its an ok place to drink. The food is mediocre though. I have never had anything bad from there, but i have heard many people compain about the food. It is more of a family oriented place, unless you get upstairs, but i dont know if the upstairs will be open for an afternoon game. Night games it should be open in which case its a pretty cool atmosphere. Its got hockeyboards all along the walls and big TV's on the walls with a bar in the middle a few tables to sit down, a pool table and dart boards. It can get pretty crazy in there im sure during a wings game. The only time i have been in there was after a tigers game, and it wasnt all that busy upstairs, but i imagine during a wings game it would be a totally different atmosphere. I'd reccomend giving it a shot once if you are a younger guy and see if you like it. If you are a family guy and wanna take the wife and kids i highliy reccomend it as a restaurant. Its very nice.

I missed most of the second so i dont know what the "crosby is easily rattled" thing means but im guessing he was cryng or something or maybe took some bad penalties or something. But the flyers came out strong in the first period scoring three goals. Pens taking some bad penalties and the flyers just playing good hockey for the first time this series. Games about to get interesting though with the pens just scoring.

wow, Orpik sounded like a complete Douchebag in that interview just trashing Philly left and right...i wasnt expecting that. No respect for his opponents (who are beating them 3-0 right now)....these young players dont seem to have any class or signs of respect. Im not saying hes young, but you can tell thats the gneeral attitude of the whole young team.

I think it would help them. They dont play the wings very much, and two extra days off going into a Stanley Cup Finals series would give them two great days of studying our team. Plus, i dont think any team would be going into a stanley cup finals series Rusty no matter how much time they had off.

I think we just saw the answer to that on the Briere penalty....or lack there of... I did enjoy seeing Carter nail Malkin in the leg and not get a call though! Malkin deserved that one!

Philly had a nice shift with Briere richards and Hartnell, but that seems to be the only good line so far tonight. I want to see jeff carter put one in! good young player

Praying for a Philly victory for 2 reasons 1) i like them and 2) i dont want the Pens getting alot of rest while they await the wings who dont play again till saturday which if we close out the series than means that the pens had 2 more days of rest over the wings. No good! The pens are already going to have a big enough advantage having the face of the franchise getting all the help from the refs, we dont need to give them more help by givingthem all that extra rest...

i dont understand how the majority of the votes have gone towards "limiting Datsyuk and zetterberg". Seeing as they both scored (regardless if Datsyuks goals was called off) and i beleive they both would have had assists, i dont really understand how that is number one in votes....What did they limit them to? I guess neither of them got a hatrick so i guess thats what limited means...

I just posted this, for some reason it was locked and deleted. Maybe someone could tell me why before they do it again....there was nothing wrong with the post, and people seemed to like it.... anyways, it seems as though dallas got away with everything last night for example.... Tripping.... High sticking (Ott got called for this one, but there were two other ocassions that he got away with, not to mention his little escapade at the end of the game on homer) I beleive this is called RAPE ( look at the dallas guys hands...one on his stick, the other groping zetterberg. Legal right?) I dont remember this part in the game, but it looks to me like interference.... They even got away with having the UGLIEST cheerleaders in the history of cheerleaders..... But dont worry, homer got them back for us.... The wings Pulled a magic trick though and sawed Turco in half...look at the terror in his eyes when he couldnt find his legs.... I was looking through these pics from last night, and i thought these were interesting. i was going to just post the Funny ones, but i got a big kick at all the pics that showed clear penalties that were not called so i couldnt help myself. Im not making excuses for our loss, i just thought i would share these in a funny manner. Enjoy.

Yeah they really stole our momentum and put it right in the pockets of dallas. But, hey sometimes the wings are on the other end of it too, so it all evens out. I just hope the next game is a little less lobsided and a little more fairly called. Gotta think possitive.....it isnt possible to get worse officiating than the last game....is there? haha. I think an off ice official would be a good idea, but it may slow the game down way to much. They gotta do something though.

im just going through some pics from last night and man, the stars just got away with everything....its ridiculous... two nice hits by malts, Kind of a questionable call, as nordstrom was in the scrum, but malts should have known better than to make that hit with the kind of refs we have tonight....oh well, killing a penalty at the start of the second will be a good test for us, if we can do that it should give us a boost.
