I believe those people just answered your questions. And yeah, actually, it is degrading to say there were a lot less people than what was said to be there. That's the exact same thing as saying the Wings don't have that many committed fans to go down their and support them. What makes everyone here pros at estimating people on streets for parades? Whoever officially estimated has done it for YEARS and not just for victory parades, but the thanksgiving day parades as well. There is without a doubt enough space for over a million people, and don't say the whole population thing, because Detroit + it's metro area + Toledo + Windsor + Sarnia = something like 6.2 million people. Quit trying to degrade this great great celebration of victory and go back to bitching about Lilja, Samuelsson, or even Lang if you want to.
