I never really liked Hull as a commentator, especially when he was shooting his mouth off about Babcock and Datsyuk not getting along, then being so bold as to predict Datsyuk would be gone next year...good job on that one Brett.

Awww this would be sweet! I remember years ago when I used to come back from Wings games, I'd turn on ESPN and i'd fall asleep to 2 western teams playing...good times and a great nights' sleep

The easiest way to tell that Wings jersey was shopped is to look at the fold near the end of the wing: The jersey folds back a little bit but the logo sits flat on it, which clearly is shoppage. (and when I tried to type clearly at first, it came out as cleary )

I heard it was gonna be an updated version of the old one, a little more 3-D (which the first logo both has), but I also heard there was supposed to be a blood-red color in there somewhere. Anyone else hear this?

In an article about Kronwall and Rafalski (here), I noticed something possibly odd. Check it out: So... - Do we have some prospect also named Chelios that I don't know of? (since this was taken during prospects camp) - Is Cheli changing his number because Rafalski / Drake / Kopecky is gonna take #24? - Did someone pull an age prank on Cheli? ...so yeah, what do you guys think?

Cheveldae still plays (or at least a year or two ago he did) with the Red Wings Alumni team. He was the reason the Leafs almost won when I saw them play each other

Design / Layout-wise, am I the only one who liked the old Wings site better? At least the top banner didn't look terrible, especially compared to Nashville or even Washington.

I was wondering that too. I'd say that Kopecky would if Rafalski wanted it, but do you think he wants it that much? Anyone know if he used a different number on other teams?
