yup it was his 1st yr i guess there hopeing he becomes a guy who has a good 2nd season , he had 17 goals in his 1st yr , i can see him getting 30+ goals next year in the juniors, but i would of went for the goalie we got 2 picks left , one will be a goalie and the other a swedish player we never heard of that they hope will be a gem lol

129 CAMERON, RANDY QMJHL MONCTON 28-Jan-89 5' 11" 175 * C R he was ranked 129th in the north american list .........i would of taken a goalie http://www.moncton-wildcats.com/en-ca/team...p?PLAYER_ID=159 he had 39 pts and 17 goals in 70 games Cameron is a solid all round forward that can play either center or right wing. Currently he is ranked 129th in the central scouting rankings for the 2007 NHL entry draft.

true .......i definetly think its a goalie , i checked the rankins and mark benda was ranked 7th and mid rankings and now hes 3rd .......its either him or owuya ...........man its been a long day for us wings fans almost 3 hrs and one pick selected lol i wouldnt mind this guy .......i saw him on a site listed as a sleeper pick with potential ( brendan bell was on that list) Alexander Vasiliev, LW, Dynamo Moscow 2 (Russia) Vasiliev is another Russian whose talent level deserves first-round consideration. However, the lack of a transfer agreement for player compensation will keep him out of Round 1. 148 DET RANDY CAMERON 1/28/1989 Cornwall, PE CA 5' 11" 175 QMJHL MONCTON C R WTFFFFFF who the hells this kid lol

i think our next pick will be a goalie ...........theres still a few guys ( but we unfortunetly got 40 picks ahead of us lol ) mark owuya ........kent patterson ........juha metsola zetterberg ?? ............hes a little cocky kid ah .......lets hope hes right LOL these guys are still in the draft ......... Alexander Vasiliev, LW, Dynamo Moscow 2 (Russia) Vasiliev is another Russian whose talent level deserves first-round consideration. However, the lack of a transfer agreement for player compensation will keep him out of Round 1. Juraj Valach, D, Tri-City Americans (WHL) Whenever a player is compared to Boston Bruins captain Zdeno Chara, there is always the temptation to pick him in a draft. Slovakian Valach will get plenty of attention as a result. Kent Patterson, G, Cedar Rapids RoughRiders (USHL) If Jeremy Smith doesn't go first among netminders this year, Patterson might be the next-best option. He has as much upside as any draft-eligible puck-stopper but is very raw.

    14. NICK PETRECKI image Pos: Defence Shoots: L Height: 6'3" Weight: 213 lbs. Born: 7/11/1989 From: Schenectady, NY Team: Omaha (USHL) RANKINGS TSN: 14 CSB: 21 NA ISS: 14 RLR: 16 McK: 17 THN: 15 The TSN Insider's Forecast: Scouts agree on so little in general, but this is pretty much unanimous: Nick Petrecki is the most physical defenceman available in the draft. If there were an award for best bodychecker and most aggressive play, Petrecki would likely win it. "He's mean, he hits to hurt and he has a bomb for a shot," said one scout. But some question his decision making with the puck and like Keaton Ellerby, it's possible he could slip a little on that basis. Either way, he should be a first-rounder and odds are he's taken between 10 and 20. Petrecki will attend Boston College in the fall. From NHL Central Scouting: A stay-at-home defenseman with excellent speed and lateral quickness. Has a strong physical presence on the ice with the ability to make the big hit. Is quick to the puck and makes hard and accurate passes Needs to improve the consistency of his decision-making and discipline. From ISS: Does everything hard - passes, shooting, finishing checks. Has good positioning vs the rush, does a nice job of taking away the middle of the ice. He shoots the puck like a pro via a bullet wrist shot and gets his shot through. He as well displays general nastiness that is indeed impressive and as a result it allows him to gain extra space.
