can we please ask holland to once and for all stop bringing back old, washed up, useless talent to this team. if we're going to go down, at least let someone young and hungry play, not a guy who will gamble and drink his way out of the lineup.

unless he signs someone for one year i think he's done, we have to many needs to address during the offseason next year that unless we got a huge name we'll stick with what we got.

I think he should definately sign a incentive-laden contract. If the Wings pay him more than 3mil I think it would be to much. They could spend that money elsewhere, and probably for someone without the huge injury question marks. I love Bert and I hope he comes back, just at the right price.

I think the main reason Kronwall doesnt play on the PP or PK is that he has no shot, or his shot isn't accurate at all, and that on the PK as with his 5 on 5 time he's prone to turnovers, he carries the puck alot and seems to get in trouble. I would like to see the Wings keep their 6 or 7 guys they have unless a unbelievable deal comes up to sign a veteran. They can't spend the money to get Souray who was a -28 or whatever last year or Rafalski, who is small and Babcock probably wouldnt play, they have to worry about getting Wingers.
