Saturday was the first game I had a chance to go, and I did notice that he wasn't there. I also noticed that there was some young guy announcing the goals, and not Bud.

What's strange is that our two best players last night weren't even on our Championship team.

"Per team policy, the Penguins did not disclose details of Crosby's injury. Neither did Crosby." Since when was this a Penguins policy? Last year when he hurt his ankle, we all knew it was his ankle. They didn't want to hide it from everyone. But now they are keeping it. He's injured and he doesn't even know how. It makes it sound like he didn't want people to get on his case for not carrying his team to victory, so he acted hurt for his excuse. And then when he comes back and plays in the next game, he will be praised by the NHL for pushing past pain.

What is wrong with this team? It's like every time we get ahead, whether it's by one goal or three, we blow it. We are 11 games into the season, and we still are on summer vacation. We do not look like defending Stanley Cup Champions.
