They are going to have to do something, goaltending will be a big topic in the off season. If its Osgood Howard, thats fine, but if Howard flops.....then its pay out the arse for a UFA. I think it's better if a goalie that your team drafted ends up being the starter and plays well, makes it one more thing you can chirp about to rival fans (YEAH WE DRAFTED HIM) HAHA

I was told that Ron McLean made referrence to Tootoo's play (stepping on Drapers back last night was the latest example) basically that he was a dirty player in so many words. Kelly Hrudey supposedly said it point blank that Tootoo was dirty. Did they really say that ? If so, it's long overdue

Lets not go to that extreme yet....Z got dumped everytime he drove the middle, but he did miss an open shot at the beginning.. It wasn't all calls, it was Hasek not stopping long shots.... THere were comments made about Datsyuk and Zetterberg getting dumped alot driving to the net, but they had other chances to score and didn't take advantage. Filppula is pathetic these days and Hasek has to go, he's done.

There are a few good places to eat on Broadway if you wish to do so prior to the game... Baileys - they have nice Happy Hour Beer Prices, and the food is really good. Lots of Pred fans go there, so be prepared. Its on the opposite side of the street from the Sommet Center, go past Tootsies and those little bars, you'll run into it. If you get to the Hard Rock you've gone too far but it does say Baileys in the window. Big River - go down Broadway, its directly across the street from the Hard Rock. Prime Rib, and a Microbrewery. Joes Crab Shack - behind Big River, you'll see it from Broadway, but they have signs inside about how they don't serve Red Wing fans - I just tell them to shuttup and take my order and get my beer.... On 2nd Ave South (turn left at the Hard Rock) there is a Spaghetti Factory on the right side of the street, and a few other restaurants up that side, and a Hooters. Where 2nd and Commerce intersect there is a pizza place, which isnt bad. There are other places between 2nd Ave South and the Sommet Center, Rippys, and next to the Sommet Center there is a sports bar that is connected to the Hilton, very nice, but pricey. If youre lucky you will see the Wings going to the arena, that Hotel is where the players stay. For those flying in - Take Briley Pky WEST to Opry Mills Mall - they have a Macaroni Grill inside (very good) and there is another place inside (Can't think of the name) but they have aquariums all around the restaurant. Nice Mall also, with a Cinema and IMAX, along with a Dave and Busters. This place is located next to Opryland Hotel. Im sure PredFX can think of some spots that I've neglected to post, but there is always GOOGLE. The crying today is hilarious, they got screwed and the Wings get all the calls, wah wah wah. Just be careful when the game is over people....

They need to not allow Tootoo to draw them into stupid penalties. They are allowing this 4th line bum to make a difference.

I was critical of him all season on this site, and got jumped on because I dared to say the guy isn't very good. Not sure what upside there is for him, but maybe we can pawn him off on the Leafs

If a player like Tootoo wants to play as he does, he should expect to get it back. Beating the snot out of him doesn't mean someone is a coward, it means Tootoo got what was coming to him.

The last Wings appearance they were at the Hilton because I seen Zetterberg crossing the street going to the arena. Couldn't get near him due to the screaming girls. Reniassance is just around the corner though, its a sweet venue.

Hasek paid them back with his open net goal for Radulov, and NBC said that Homer wasn't in the crease, even punk azz McGuire. They also had a goal against us at Nashville during the season, scored by Gelinas, Legwand had driven the net, the shot rebounded out of the blue area, but Legwand acts like he can't get out of the crease, so Gelinas gets the puck and puts it in the net, refs count the goal. What goes around, comes around. Apparently David Poile had a nice temper fit after the game about the refs also, all these guys are doing is trying to set up something for Game 3 and get some sort of an advantage. Trotz is a whiney beyatch though no doubt.

Hordichuk is a top heavyweight, ask George Laraque about how hard he punches. He just doesn't get much credit because the Predators aren't in the spotlight (TV time) much at all. Hordichuk is not the toughest in the NHL, but he's Top 5 easily.
