THank you for your streams.... which by the way were better quality than what I pay 20 bucks a month for at NHL.com...... Good luck with your little one and GO WINGS

Im happy to see that he can handle himself if need be.... Most fights anymore happen when someone gets smoked (Kesler) and want to fight to save face. (Unless you're Kesler and wait until the refs have Kronwall by the jersey before issuing the challenge)

2012 NHL Trade Deadline Thread - February 27th, 3:00 PM ET

I forgot to add, IF that Parise talk is true about his wishes to go to Detroit, someone would have to go.... There wouldn't be room for him in the Top 6 someone has to drop to the second line.....Would be too much money for a 3rd or 4th line player. Parise Datsyuk Bertuzzi Filppula Zetterberg Mule -

Only reason he's second on the team in scoring is because Zetterberg is having an off year. He won't be worth the money that he will ask for at the end of this season, guaranteed. It's fine to mark out over him like you're doing, but for the money he will want, they could get someone bigger who scores as much or more.... -

It's ok to vent pal, its all good.... I hope Hudler doesn't return, to be honest. Trade him for a Jets Pizza, bag of pucks, or let him walk. -
That Zetterberg rumor is up there with the kid from Nashville who said he partied with Andres Lindback, and Lindback told him that Ryan Suter was going to test the Free Agent market. It's posted on another Hockey Forum.

Cleary, Emmerton have little trade value... They would want Tatar or Nyquist as part of a deal, along with a Top 6 player , trying to sound like im not flaming someone, but they won't just give Brown away for our lower end roster. Would take something significant.

Selanne has said he's going nowhere.....

Detroit's PP is between 15-20 ? They are looking to improve that PK, which Moen is good for that. He's injured right now, so who knows if he's moved. McGuire is in the know maybe a step above Eklund... -

Ducks are 5 points or less out of the 8 spot.... Selanne isnt going anywhere. This pick will be between 25-30 in what's considered a weak draft, and Quincey will replace Hudler on the point for the 2nd PP unit... May be something else in the works also.... -

how many years ago was that ? and he had a subpar preseason agreed.... If they had it to do over again, im pretty sure Meech would have been gone. -

Seriously doubt that we get him...... They wont trade with us, and I'm not sold on Holland giving a player 8 mill per season... -

Quincey is 26, and he's RFA.... Remember, nobody knows if Brad Stuart returns next season, this is a way of covering a spot. But there will be logjam, especially if they use Brendan Smith next season as well.... Prices are a little high when the Wings are involved at the deadline, everyone should know that. -
Read the banner where they are calling themselves "STANLEY CUP CHAMPION" Did I miss something here ?

Actually, the statement about the arena has been going on for about 6 months... So no Mission Statement with that. They really believe they are a Cup Caliber Team... Without sounding like a hater, if they DO NOT resign Weber, you will have people dumping what season tickets they do sell left and right. This offseason for them is the most important in their history.

They were throwing catfish on the ice, which of course is a ripoff of our tradition with the Octopus !

Figured this would be good for a laugh... But it was posted by @JoshuaCooper , he is the writer for the Predators at the Tennessean.... He wasn't too thrilled about it either.

Nash Vermette Huselius = 14 mill give or take coming back...

Ruutu's value will be overpriced at the deadline, but Moen or Morrow would be nice, if the price isn't outrageous. I think the rumor of Hemsky Sutton for Jurco and a 1 was probably something created on a fan board like HF Forums.... WIngs wont move Jurco for someone like Hemsky...

I'm 30 minutes from Bridgestone Arena (transplanted) and the only time they actually give a hoot about the team is when the Titans are finished for the season, and Vanderbilt and the U of Tennessee aren't having good years in basketball. They are currently ranked 21st out of 30 teams in average attendance. But..... if they deal Suter, they will know it was money.... If they deal Tootoo, people would dump tickets left and right. I kid you not.

Kevin Allen is also big buddies with people in the Preds front office, hence his saying the Preds have a shot at the Cup.... I will believe they spend when I see them spend. Last year with Weber in his Restricted negotiations, they offered him 4.5 mill and hoped he would take a hometown discount. He eventually got 7.5, and will get more after this season. I'm sure they low-balled Suter as well, because Weber was quoted during the All-Star media day saying 'Im surprised Suter held it all in until now"... Sounds like frustration to me. Nashville is a nice city, but as someone else said... there are other nice places to live.........
