Could this Drake signing mean that Cleary will get less SH time and would be lot more on the PP? I think Franzen-Draper and Drake-Maltby would be the best penalty killers at the moment. Cleary could be used more on the second PP.

Don't say that about Kopecky. He is one of the grittiest guys at next season, and if you mean that gritty style is the canadien style of play, he is definitely worth of his roster spot. It doesn't mean where the guy is from, if he has the right kind of heart. BTW, Nieminen is still available. He would sign for minimun salary.

They're hoping he can arrive Friday and be on the ice Saturday, but there's also a chance he might miss the whole camp, which ends on Wednesday. Some of the prospects participating include Jakub Kindl, Jan Mursak, Justin Abdelkader, Cory Emmerton and 2007 first-round pick Brendan Smith. The camp, however, is not open to the public.
