I thought E looked far worse. E loves to pass up the boards to noone in particular. Kindl actually played with a bit of an edge which is definitely as aspect he's been lacking. His passing and vision is better than E.

He earned a start over E if Rafalski plays today. Unfortunately if earning got you playing time Helm would be on the top 2 lines...and i dont see that happening.

Datsyuk is a better back checker. better deker. has a better wrist shot. one of the best passers ive ever seen. He is a faster skater. he carries the puck in the neutral zone better. oh and he fights Z does have a pretty good backhand though.

I got the impression from his comments when he returned that his fracture is still bothering him. I would say with his style of play mainly consisting of taking a constant beating maybe they are playing him less to be safe.
