What would you guys like to be seen changed in the voting system for the ASG? 1. Obvious solution is to just put players on the ballot that are actually performing well (you would think this would be obvious by the the NHL) For example dont get me wrong I really like JSG but do I think he deserved to go to the ASG? No...When they flashed his record when he started the ASG I was like wow... lol 2. Voting Cheating- Everything is turning to technology (cell phone voting) Technology - ... sure it is easy and fast (if you are not super old like my parents who have a hard time turning on a comp haha) But it is very acceptable to hacking///cheating (the various text scripts mad for the voting for ducks///habs)

Any team that blames their record on "travel woes" needs to look into the mirror to find the problem with their team.

I am sorry if I am coming across that way but I mean look at half the posts against what bettman is doing in the other thread I fail to see where I am out of line maybe when I said some people cant grasp the simple concept (SORRY IF THAT OFFENDED ANYONE) but thats all i can think of. I have to admit when I first posted in the other thread and said they should go blah blah blah I did not relize their injuries where 2 bad to just do the off ice stuff that was stupid of me to assume without any info but I mean if the pain is THAT bad sure dont go but you still have to abide by the rules that where set in place by Gary. And Kenny knew of these rules so I dont see what the problem is if you are injured and cant make it either miss the game before it or the game after it.... and since they already played the game before it....

that's the key word... And i forgot to mention Bettman added that part about just showing up for off ice stuffs to give them a chance to not get suspended thats how i took it

I posted this on other thread about this but might as well post it here... -Bettman told ALL GMs this at beginning of the season... If one of your players is selected for the all star game and can not make it because of an injury they have to sit out the game before the break OR the game after if they dont attend -He is saying hey lids/dats/crosby if you can make it to the game and just do some photos and what not you can play without the 1 game suspension. -Since Dats / Lids DID play in the game before the break AND will not be going to the all star game for the photos and stuffs they are out for 1 game after the break ---did he add the just show up part and not play? Yes sure he did with this option crosby/lids/dats could still sit out the all star game and play the game after the break ROAR ok i promise my last post on this subject haha.. I am not trying to make any enemys here I am just telling you how I see it so if I disagree with you or cant see why people dont see it my way dont take it personally I still like you all ^^ even if you are wrong hahaha J/K ^^

Didn't you hear? Crosby is enemy #1 on these boards just because the media likes to cover him and not lids/dats bettman likes him better... haha ^^ I like how people think this rule was placed by bettman just today... all the gms where warned about this at the beginning of the year but people like to ignore that fact. ^^ And did they miss the game before the all star game?? NO so if they dont attend they have to miss the game after it.. it is a very simple concept but people have a hard time grasping it

If crosby did the same he would of got a suspension. Too bad they had to be suspended but it is part or their job and like jay said they are not thinking of the fans or their team oh well.... true i hate bettman but you can not blame him for this it is on dats and lids.
