It's believed the Stars, Flames, Ducks and Wild have all made a pitch for Florida captain Olli Jokinen, who is being shopped. The Stars have been among the most aggressive because co-GM Brett Hull wants to make a big move at the deadline. LINK not sure if this new or old news but it is news haha

Selanne to the Flyers (e10), the Habs (e8) and Dallas (e7) JUST KIDDING!!! haha but seriously all i have heard is that ducks are looking for a center. But burke does not want a rental and salary cap is a issue and the ducks have not locked perry up yet. So i dont see anything big happening.

i would not want him on the ducks they already have great defensive depth and hopefully we dont wast anything to get him. All the ducks need if anything is a center. But i dont see ducks doing anything big.

if the trade deadline ever gets moved that early there would be no such thing as buyers and sellers. WAY too much season to be played in JAN. it would take the excitement right out of the deadline. The trade deadline and the free agent dates are fine.
