Nice. Just take it to the net and it will go in eventually. Odds are that any other player would have just wrapped around.

My only beef with Sammy is that it looks like he holds on to the puck a little too much instead of passing it off, which seems to have caused a few turnovers. I don't necessarily mean in this game, or I could just be mistaken. My opinion only.

Luongo got seriously undressed there. That was beautiful.

I don't see Zetterberg slowing down with at least a point every game. Hopefully the game is completely one-sided this time in terms of scoring like the shots on goal was the last time. Almost going to overtime when we've shot more than twice as many times is ridiculous. Hopefully we can beat Luongo more this time.

That angers me. A goal by Hank waved off because the San Jose goaltender was so far away from the crease, resulting in a power play which leads to Ozzy losing the shut out.

We did have a penalty, from Downey but we were not shorthanded.

Yay for Jimmy Too bad he is only backing up. I don't foresee Ozzy getting injured too soon. I predict a 4-1 win for Detroit based on no facts whatsoever.. just a guess

Hehe, I couldn't help but stay up until the game ended and even longer (6 AM) due to a tornado watch issued in my county. A few thoughts on the game: - Great to see different lines scoring.. I've seen quite a number of other people complaining about that. - The start of the game looked like it was going to be a repeat of Monday's game (two penalties to Detroit while two obvious penalties to the Sharks go uncalled, one being a Drake interference which put him out of the game) See you all Saturday.

Well after a goal being recalled in nearly every game, I don't want to take any chances I would have preferred to see a replay rather than trust the words of the referees who were the target of erm.. quite a lot of criticism that night

Did anybody actually see a replay of the shot? I did not see FSN replay it. The least they can do is prove to the fans that the puck didn't go in

I doubt you will be melting any vulcanized rubber with a mere 41 F (5 C). Depending on voltage of the batteries, you probably will not see overheating either.

Red Wings have spent 20 minutes in the box. Ducks have spent 16 minutes. Something is not right here. Can referees have their license revoked? If not then I propose this bunch to be the first.
