what about parros's stache?

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure the Legends Club is labled as itself, but I could be wrong. Last time, the tickets were $150 per game. I'm not sure what the suite pass is though. However, I do know that Legends Club season tickets are $6500 per seat, and suites for the season are $125,000. (at least thats when i last checked) I saw Legends Clubs tickets for sale on ticketmaster earlier in the season...

Legends Club > Olympia Club. If anyone has the chance to get Legends Club tickets then do it. You get an all you can eat buffet which is fantastic, free non-alcoholic beverages and dessert, free parking, private bathrooms..no lines, private bar...only thing that isn't free, and much more. Last time I saw Kocur, Yzerman, Dino, and all the guys from FSN detroit hanging out in the Legends Club. It is very nice. Plus you can actually see the live game from your seat, whereas you dont see the live game in the Olympia, just on TV. The Legends Club is the best vantage point in all of sports...

I like the idea of a re-united Grind Line, but I think Mac and the team would be better served if he was on the 4th line composed of him Drake and Downey. This way Mac won't get too many minutes and this 4th line would have a mean edge to them. I think a line of Mac-Drake-Downey would be a perfect fit for certain playoff games. You'd have Drake being a kamikaze since this could be his last playoff appearance, I think hes going to be a monster. Downey would be playing his game, running his mouth while crashing and banging, and Mac would be doing his thing. I'm not suggesting this as a permanent 4th line or anything, but I'd think it be a great role line. Alot of people here have been saying Mac should be on the number 3 line or even number 2 line, but I think we need to see him actually play in his first NHL game before we pass judgment. Besides, Kenny and Babs know the team better than we do.

I'm curious if anyone in Anaheim knows about the NHL today...

yeah that would have been one bitter loss...

Totally Agree. Theres no reason not to do this. What better way to showcase hockey than with two premier college teams (Could be the 2007&2008 national champions squaring off) and the rivalry and history of two original six teams? I mean how many times, in recent years, do the Wings and Leafs play??? Michigan is the best market for hockey in the US anyways. What's the hockey attendance record? 74,000? Pshh, the Big House would completely shatter that. It seats 107,501 and probably could fit even more people. Not to mention its the biggest stadium in the country. If tickets were priced right, you'd have a for sure sellout. Plus, you'd have everyone in the state of Michigan attending and those canucks driving from nearby Ontario to attend. If Bettman wanted to expose the US to hockey this could possibly be the best way to do it... Yankee stadium is intriguing, but I'd rather see a Boston/New York match up in that one, if it could insure the MSU/UM - Wings/Leafs @ the Big House. DO IT AT THE BIG HOUSE, THIS IS A NO-BRAINER!!!!

Drake is going to be a monster in the playoffs. It's most likely his last chance at going for the cup, you just wait and see. I know the grind line is expected to be paired together, but I would love to see a: McCarty-Drake-Downey

yeah i suppose it slightly makes up for their devastating losses in this past week. 10-2, 8-2...damn

Red Wings need a new arena. The fans, the organization, the players, and the city all deserve it. This would also free up room which COBO desperately needs. If its built nearby Comerica Park and Ford Field it will do wonders for Detroit. There would be no other city in the US with Hockey, Baseball, and Football stadiums on the same block. This could be an incentive for restaraunts, hotels, bars, and other business to set-up there. I believe a new rink should be built ASAP nearby the stadium area, as it will do nothing but help the city and provide an additional incentive to clean up and start business around the area. but i guess we will have to wait and see...

Dear Darren McCarty, Please level Tootoo and pummel him to the ice for us this Sunday. It would really brighten up the day and make us all feel better. Sincerely, All at LGW

Drake had a good game tonight, way to go for him. Downey did as well...thought he was gonna get a goal there for a minute.

I was just putting on center ice to watch a game and it says its temporarily off air. Just wanted to know if this is happening to other people and that its not just me? So, if someone has center ice, can you please switch on one of the channels and post to see if its working??? I'd be pissed if i couldn't see the game tonight. Anyone know the scoop? Thanks.
-
thanks guys, i guess its just happening to me here in the greater boston area.
-
anyone having center ice issues?
-
no

Yeah, Calgary is roughing them up pretty good right now. Phaneuf is getting away with a bunch of s*** though...
-
It would be nice to see Calgary and Anaheim against eachother in the playoffs...
-
Haha, this is much better

Thank god, tonight a portion of our injured will be back. Nicklas Kronwall and Mickey Redmond!!!
-
Babcock won't be going anytime soon. He was just named as the Western Conference All-Star coach, Kenny likes him, the players like him, Detroit likes him and he's not going anywhere soon. It would take the wings missing the playoffs a couple of years in a row, multiple coaching errors, and the management getting angry to even consider "firing" him. Babs is safe...
-
It would be cool if we could pick Markov up along with another 2nd liner over the summer. d-pairings (assuming we keep stuart) Lidstrom Rafalski Kronwall Markov Stuart Lilja Cheli*** I know I'm getting way ahead of myself here, but i can dream.

i hear draper is out tonight...

then again...this is all still speculation. any ideas why a more hockey-savy site like TSN does not have this story mentioned? I don't doubt the deal mentioned will be taking place, but since when has yahoo been getting the forefront scoop of hockey?
