C'mon, Wings, no mercy in the 4rd. Finish them! Let's Go Red Wings!
-
Wikipedia is watching us... I feel really creeped out right now.
-
Classic! :rotflmao:
-
No kidding. As of now they'll make that the story, but the shots are 31-13 through 2, and the break makes up for one of the other chances that didn't go in but maybe should have.
-
Me too. Absolutely I have to give the Preds credit. That Lidstrom goal would have really deflated some teams, but Nashville hasn't backed down. Alright Red Wings! Let's bear down for a FULL 20 minutes this time, stay smartly aggressive, and maybe put another 1 or 2 in the back of the net.
-
Maybe if you and I keep saying that they'll finally do it!
-
I've seen that called a goal before. And yet the faceoff is out of the zone???
-
Lids: keep doing that
-
I think you're right
-
He along with Ozzie has been our best player so far
-
Why am I not surprised...
-
Lidstrom=MacInnis!
-
Cheli, not now!
-
Helm's been fantastic along the boards

Let's Go Red Wings!
-
Great work Drake there. Now boys (I'll say it again loo) get someone to the net this time and bury the puck!
-
lol wtf was that
-
No kidding.
-
Anyone else notice how high up Cleary and Homer are playing, even on the PP? Get them to the net!
-
Good call! The Wings need to change one thing: get much more traffic in front of the net and get to those rebounds. We know Ellis is tough to score on.
-
And 'they' always say the first and third rounds are the hardest to win.
-
Don't forget 1. the Nashville is desparate and giving this game everything they've got, and 2. the Wings still have players coming off injuries and slowly getting their timing back. The deeper they go in the playoffs the better they'll get. As long as they stay healthy. *crosses fingers*

Well, after all those years in LA he knows good hockey when he sees it.
-
lol better word order.

I thought Franzen had to touch the puck before he's hit Anyway, solid road period. I'm happy with a 0-0 tie. The Wings looked a bit disorganzed at times, had some good pressure at others, and pressed a bit (Flip, maybe Lids). But I'll take it. Ozzie was big. The combinations of Mac-Drake-Cleary-Draper-and-Helm were our best that period and helped turn the tide. Now let's settle down and put some pucks in the net in the second!
