I didn't see that anyone posted this yet: but it looks like the game will be carried on Center Ice Online as well. I started emailing Center Ice, the NHL, and Versus as soon as the television schedule was announced and I saw the conflict. A bunch of other people must have as well. *fingers crossed*

I said basically the same thing about the hit in the GDT no Monday, but it turns out Trotz agrees: Regarding Niklas Kronwall's crunching hit on Radek Bonk on Monday, Trotz said he first thought it was a penalty but, on review, "Bonk sort of bent down and tried to go under a little bit, and I felt that Kronwall really didn't leave his feet. I thought it was just a good, clean hockey hit." Here's the full article

Clowe and Marleau (Marleau!) are the only two who have consistently shown up. Thorton and, more surprisingly, Grier have been completely invisible. Campbell was supposed to put this team over the top but he has not made a mark.

The Flames really look dumbfounded as to what to do here without anyone besides Nabby attempting to prevent them from scoring.

5-0 Avs and yet only one scrum. Very, very disappointing. Lemaire needs to be fired.

I dunno, I can't get on board with this. I still think the worst thing for the Wings is to go through Ducks and Sharks--at least one of those teams needs to lose. The Flames wouldn't be easy, but they are still the sort of team that the Wings really should beat. The Sharks are inconsistent, but they still gave the Wings the hardest time last playoffs. I still feel like the Wings probably should have lost that series and probably should have won the Anaheim series.
