How so? If Calgary wins, there is no chance the Wings play them in the first round. Unless you like that matchup better.
-
I'll be happy to have the Wings relieve them of that possibility. The Sharks can go play with Calgary and Igoonla this time around.
-
I'll join ya. Cheers! :beerbuddy:

Flames are one point ahead of Nashville, each with one game left. So, irony of ironies, we've all become Hawks fans tomorrow night!
-
Kings beat Sharks 4-2, btw. Slick move, Nabby! Shoulda took the day off.
-
Darn the quick whistles! Edit: On a side note, just once I wanna see a goalie try that and whiff
-
Mostly for no Luongo in the first round. He's the goalie that scares me most, even if the team in front of him is so-so.
-
Damn, I woulda picked a.) as well. Oh well. There's still time for Edmonton to pile it on.
-
Cern, great avatar btw. Crow T. Robot lives!
-
So, what's the most likely result here: a.) Canucks let in a third and possibly a fourth goal, going down in sublime fashion b.) Canucks score a late goal, cutting the deficit to one goal and leading to a furious finish the comes up short.
-
No kidding. They might be primed for another run in 2-3 years. If only they could get their funds in order to keep people like Smyth around...

Staios is in every play tonight!
-
You know, I was really pissed when Rolli did this to us. But watching him do it to Vancouver is really entertaining

The 3rd begins! Canucks demolition: T-19:00

Grab a beer and join us. I don't understand--someone from Calgary who has never liked the Oilers?
-
They need a dose of Ron Wilson. Hanta Yo!
-
We can't forget the all-important subplot: if the Oilers win and then finish ahead of Chicago, the Duck's pick from the Penner deal drops another spot
-
2-0 Oil! Stoll feeling better already!
-
This result pretty much guarantees that the Stars and Ducks will play in Rd 1.

THIS POWER PLAY'S GOING NOWHERE! WHERE YOU GOING? NOWHERE!

Man the Nucks look tentative tonight. Yes, they have to win, but they look scared to lose.
