Actually, a true story (apparently): in the expansion draft when Ottawa entered the league, their draft representative didn't realise the list of players in front of him was alphabetical, not rank. Hence why they were so god awful for so many years.

You might be right. But I see Flip as more of a goal scorer, so Z needs a playmaker on his line. I really loved the Dats-Flip-Cleary line when they were together, and I thought it gave the team a much more balanced attack. Speaking of which....

I'd like to say that getting screwed would be good for the team. But I thought the same thing after the Wings had that goal waved off against Anaheim, and that just made things worse.
