    2008 NHL Entry Draft GDT

I did a Google image search for Jesper Samuelsson... I know the draft is full of kids, but seriously!

    Joe Vision

You're absolutely right. My friend got 'em at ticketmaster, and she confirmed it says Row 113. I've never been to Joe Vision, so I got confused. My mistake. But hey, I'm bussing in from NY for this! ... and, uh, to help my friends move... which has been planned for six months... but Joe Vision will be the highlight of the trip.

We got our tickets this morning. Section 113. Should be some fun!

11/18 GDT: Red Wings 5, Columbus Blue Jackets 4 (SO)

The link worked for me. Good quality feed, too.

Time Warner C.I. not broadcasting DET/NSH Game?

NHL Network is scheduled to start on Time Warner Cable on December 1st... at least here in New York. I'm pissed I'm missing the game on t.v., though. Listening to the radio feed, but damn... I don't live in the 1930's for a reason!
  6. Time Warner struck a deal with the NHL either last night or this morning, so T.W. customers will be able to get Center Ice. I wasn't able to find out if the NHL Network is definitely going to be in the lineup, though.
  7. My buddy's telling me that they are planning on offering the NHL Network, but the NHL isn't allowing Time Warner to carry Center Ice until they finalize the contract and get NHLN on the air. The report out of the regional office is that they may miss the opening weekend up to the first couple of weeks, but it is "Very likely" that they will get it ironed out.
  8. A buddy of mine that works at Time Warner Cable says that their customers aren't able to subscribe to Center Ice yet, because they're negotiating with the NHL over adding the NHL Network to their lineup. From what I understand, the NHL won't let Time Warner customers get Center Ice until T.W. agrees to add the NHL Network.
