Detroit's Three Home and Home Eastern Conf teams

It's not going to be original 6 every year, you know. But I wonder if the home and homes will be in a row. Instead of playing Pittsburgh once in november and another in February. -
Each team will play every team once, but there are three extra games for teams in the other conference so it's a home and home series. So in the east, we'll play 12 teams once, and 3 teams twice.

If they hit 62 I'll be surprised. ALTHOUGH, I don't think many players would fit in our team better than Hossa. The only record they might break has to do with a word whose alternate definition is running around naked. Let's not jinx it though.

Does anyone actually think, past an unlikely superstar performance, that Franzen will take Priority over Hossa? I love Franzen, but I mean, come on. Be realistic.

He should be the last person to get signed and lowest on the priority list. I love Cheli, but if he can't fit then he can't fit, and it's not a huge lose.

That's different. Meech never played with Shanny, and the year after he left he only played 4 games and afer that (this year) he only played 32. AND shanny didn't retire. Franzen has played a lot with Hasek. And I'm not saying wearing 39 should be disallowed officially, I just personally don't think franzen should switch. Franzen should show respect for the best goalie to ever play, I think.

Ofcourse the # isn't retired, but I don't think anyone from the currents squad should just take it now that he's gone. I'd be dissapointed if Franzen did.

I think we shouldn't have signed Hossa to let Helm play. I'd say that's worth it.

If signing Hossa to a longer deal next season means only losing Franzen next year, I'd take that in half a second. (unless Frazen become a beast and does better than Hossa..)

Ew. That's bad use of Hossa. Put him on a line with Pav feeding him and I say Pav and Hoss hit 100 points. If Franzen continues to play as he has the last third of the season, paired with Z I think Z could hit 100 points for sure. I'd put money money on Pav or Hoss first though. Homer Pav Hoss Flip Z Mule ^ Best top 6 combo possible, easily.
