I wouldn't do it on the 5 on 5, but for the PP I think you should put your best line conceivable up for the first unit. We can still have Flip Franzen and Huds for the second PP unit, which is still pretty good. -

Hossa - Datsyuk - Homer Flip - Zetterberg - Franzen Cleary - Drapes - Sammy Maltby - Kopey - Huds Mac I think those would be the best lines. We could still play ZDH if we wanted, and hopefully ZDH2 (Zetterberg - Datsyuk - Hossa) on the PP. -
Plus, Pittsbursburgh couldn't beat us with Hossa, imagine US with Hossa. That's what he was thinking.

I'll take Drake over Kopecky. But maybe Kopey will surprise me. I hope he does.

But they were thinking it But yes, we do need some grit players. I think that's part of why we won this year, we had a gritty team.

For the division, yeah, Chicago I think it will be. But for the Conference? The ducks. With the Central last year, I think we just got caught with our pants down. I think we'll take them more seriously this year as real "threats".

I've always though the same. He'll probably never be as good as pav, but I definitely think he'll break out soon and do really great. I hope we get him locked up for a good 4-5 years.

I'd prefer to keep Kopecky if we could, but if he's essential to the trade I'd do it. One of my worries (well, my only one, really) for next year is that we'll lose some of our grit we had on the 3rd/4th line. We need to keep that up and Kopecky would be a plus to that. But I'd still let him go if we needed to for the trade.

It'd take more than Kopecky. Maybe hudler + quincey/meech or something. I'd do it in a heartbeat though.
