Filppula Datsyuk and Franzen were together for about half a shift IIRC, I think that could be a good line.

You mentioned Lidstrom twice. And sorry, but Lidstom is not the Lidstrom of ten years ago. -
At the end of the day 4 players have points in these two games. The fact that Filppula, who was our second best forward in the first round and third to only Datsyuk and Zetterberg in all-around play is the one being called out is absolutely unbelievable.

Especially? Especially? I understand that he had a disappointing regular season, but to say he's especially disappointing you in the playoffs? He had 5 points in 4 games in the first round. 5 players in 16 teams had better point totals in the first round. Either you don't have a very good handle on the English language, or I better change my perspective thinking I have high expectations for him.

Hudler was one of the better wings on Friday. If you want someone replaced on the second line, make it Franzen.

Fil has been awesome defensively. Hudler has looked good. Franzen has been invisible on both sides of the ice. He may as well not be there. -

I picked Weber. Sorry, Lidstrom hasn't been as gooddefensively this year. His - +/- this year isn't a coincidence. Weber scored as many goals and would have likely had as many assists if his team were as good offensively as us. It's time to take the homer goggles off.

I think we should try out: Filppula Datsyuk Holmstrom Franzen Zetterberg Cleary Bertuzzi Abdelkader Miller Eaves Drapes Helm I guarantee Fil and Pav would be great together and the Mule/Hank/Clears line should have a reunion.
