Wouldn't want Legwand unless it's super cheap. I'd rather pay for Kesler, at least he would help out once we're healthy. Legwand would just be more baggage at that point, which we have more than enough of. -

Not to mention Cleary, Sammy and Bert have a history of being s***ty. We know it's the case with them. And they're super old. Weiss has been good in the past, is in his prime years and might finish off the season much better than he started. -

This team couldn't score if they were an 18 year old hooker. They at least have to be good at faking interest.

His point numbers don't surprise me, but his goals sure do. Who would have thought that only 16 players would have more goals than him? If he keeps up his pace the past 10 or 15 games, scoring 40 isn't out of the question. We'll see what happens when Stamkos comes back, though.

I think it's encouraging that he hasn't really slowed down all season, in fact he's probably heating up even more. He we through a little stretch where he slightly decreased in production but right now he has 13 points in the past 10 games and 6 of those points are goals. It's completely possible he'll score more in the second half of the season than the first. He's really giving the team a chance in the absence of Stamkos.

^ Yeah that's pretty viscous actually. I'm sure a suspension is coming. Maybe they'll talk about it on the last episode of 24/7. -
Howard is amazing for most of his career, has a bad stretch of games, and now people want his head. Unbelievable.

Watching the Panthers' feed. You know your team sucks when your announcers say things like "It's all Panthers on this power play!" on the Panther's own powerplay. -

Isn't it partially the coach's fault if the team is not consistently "starting on time"? -
Isn't something that we've learned over the past 5 years is that just because it looks good on paper (which is even debatable) doesn't mean that it will perform.

Both derive from the fact that it's a problem that we can't win in regulation.
