After the obvious two, the most likely candidates IMO are Kronwall, Rafalski and Filppula (I only really mention Filppula because he wore the A in some pre season games, so it's obviously a thought in the organization).

I'm sure I only speak for myself, but I think Ovechkin is an incredibly reckless player and I don't like him at all.

Actually, I like to think myself an honest individual so that isn't quite accurate. In 2 of the 5 games I took out for him playing on the third line, he did score 3 of those points. So I guess 22 points in 27 games. 67 point pace. I guess he's still overpaid.

Take away the 5 games Flip played on the third line and the 2 first games he played after being out for 2 months, Filppula has 25 points in the 27 games since he has been back.

Man I would kill to know what Crosby and Howard are saying to each other.

The more I think about it the more I love this Flip + Hank matchup. They're both playing great together right now, but think come playoff time. They'll only get better together until then and they're also known to have big increased in their level of play for the playoffs. Should be a great line.
