Not just you. I think Flip centering Z and Bert is worth trying. Anything is better than the second line we had tonight.

Helm, Miller and Williams can all play center. I think a third line with Williams Helm Cleary will be good. Not great, but still good. IMO what it comes down to is choosing between a sub-par top 6 and a great third line, or a good third line and a great top 6. It's really not just about Flip getting top 6 time, though that is the key.

It's not a bad first line, but not up to par against other NHL teams IMO. Zetterberg is just playing with nothing out there, who knows why. Datsyuk can carry Zetterberg, and Franzen will be nothing remotely close to wasted with Filppula on the second.

I don't think the Cleary Zetterberg Bertuzzi line has had one good shift.

Does strong offensive play only mean he gets a goal? He had two strong offensive plays in one shift on the PP.
