Anyone know a good place to go for some NHL jersey lettering/numbering? I got a blank Habs that I'm looking to personalize. I want it to be identical to the one they use, no cheap rip off. Thanks in advance for any info. P.S. I'm sure this has been brought up before but the search function seemed a bit off.

Thanks for the info. Couple more questions: 1. Does that 80-100 bucks include all three sets of numbers? (Back and on each arm) 2. Any place closer than Livonia? I'm in Troy. Troy Sports Center doesn't do it, do they? **Edit- Overlooked the Goalies Den in Troy. Anywhere else?

I forgot to mention, if it's close to Troy that would be even better.

I met Keating at the store I worked in Somerset a few years back before I knew his name (just knew that he was on FSN). When I was ringing him up (he had a pretty high tab and bought some nice apparel for his wife, so he probably makes decent money) I was like, "You're from FSN, right?" He said yes and I told him it was nice meeting him...even though I didn't even know his name. It was weird because he seemed a bit grumpy and less enthusiastic in person. If I were to guess I'd say the writers feed him his ridiculous lines because he didn't seem like the type who could just come up with some witty line on a whim. He's also a pretty big guy. I'm 6 feet and he was about an inch taller. Same with Chelios when I met him at that same store.

Good topic. Parity is definitely here and it won't be going anywhere soon. But I don't think there is reason to not like it. Yeah, Wings fans don't like it, Rangers fans probably don't like it either. In the past, Adam Foote would've signed with Detroit but now that there's something called a budget the Wings have to think about where they want to spend their money and where they want to build from within and so Foote goes to the team who offers hi mthe most, Columbus, a team that would have never been able to compete with Detroit in attracting free agents. It's a lot more challenging to be a GM these days because of this. Few teams might be upset but the tradeoff is worth it as more fanbases will be built on the premise that "Hey, we got a shot at getting into the playoffs." This is how the league will grow, this is how demand for the league will increase; national exposure should soon follow suit.

Why hello there.

Hello two game losing streak. 4-2 Blues

Yeah, there was a reason the Blues let him go. Reason I am posting this is because some fool posted something about the Wings owning him so it needed to be corrected. Also, it's pretty comical when the Blues #4 goaltender owns a great team like Detroit. Btw, I am a Habs fan. 24 Cups > 10 Cups

Do you mean Bacashihua handing the Wings thier collective asses in a handbasket, IN Detroit and IN the shootout?

If Detroit is the number 1 hockey city in America then why doesn't the hometown media treat it as such? Just tune into the local sports stations and listen to them talk endlessly about the Lions and Tigers and Pistons. And the little time they do spare for the Wings it's obvious the sports hosts don't know s*** about the rest of the NHL. Of course they know about the Wings (they're kinda getting paid to do that) but if you asked them who is the league's most dangerous scorer they would probably answer Markus Naslund. If Detroit was truly Hockey City, U.S.A then the local media would show it. An outsider coming to Detroit with no knowledge of the amount of coverage would be shocked at the coverage, or lack thereof of their beloved Wings and the NHL. I don't know for sure, but I would hazard a guess that Philly, Minnesota and Buffalo to name a few all have their media's attention far more raptly than the Wings do.

Does he say "UH" after every word in person too?

Don't you mean Paul UH Woods?
