INSANE grand rapids roster next season full of prospects
T.Low replied to nyqvististhefuture's topic in General
You guys cherry pick the metric system. -
AHL Goalie much? I already can't remember when Stevie Y started at Tampa. How many of the Crunch are his picks?
-
Thanks for the post John9. I don't have any time to follow the AHL. It was very informative and will make the series that much more interesting. My friends went to Syracuse now I have something to tell them about the team and we can duke it out.

Like I posted above, try theahl.com.

You can get 3 to 4 minute highlight videos for each game on theahl.com or on the griffins website. Anderson, Tatar, Nyquist ( The Just In Time Line) are two outta three in game sevens this spring. That's some good experience.
-
Thanks a million Flash, it was awesome!
-
All of this in the first.? I gonna get home and watch the game. Thanks DJ.
-
Apparently you can pay per view for $10.99 on theahl.com. I'm tempted, but ...
-
Thanks. That's another point I was going to make. He will make an immediate impact and fill the gap until Nyquist and Tatar reach their primes.
-
Regarding Iginla, for the right price he could be a great two year acquisition, His veteran leadership is undeniable his work ethic is undeniable and his presence around the younger players would be another great influence. Plus he is still an effective scorer and would be awesome On Datsyuks wing. Yes I prefer someone younger like Horton or Clarkson but of course there will be a huge bidding war for them, and if we don't win it Iginla would be a viable alternative.

Griffins close out Aeros in first round with a 7-0 victory. Tatar with 2 goals, an assist, and a fight. Griffins open Marlies with 7-0 victory. Tatar with two goals, and an assist. Lottsa skill on that team. Babs can't stay in Detroit for ever. It 's probably not news to most of you, but it's looking more and more like they are giving Blashill an oppurtunity to prove that his hat belongs in the ring when the time comes. Our best friend named her dog Griffin because she's such a big Wings fan. Go Griffs.

What's Ryder's deal, why haven't any of his past teams wanted to keep him? I don't know much about him, just seems to score when he's playing us.
-
Anyone know his salary in the Swiss elite league? I can't find it anywhere. Of course this could have some bearing on whether he stays in the NHL or goes back to Europe.
-
I d hire Brett Hull to coach/consult Brunner at finding open ice for the the one timer snipe And that is the best part of Brunners game. He just needs to adjust it for the NHL. Add to that some defensive training and he could be a pretty decent player.
-
There will be plenty of room for Bert and Sammy because we always have injuries; namely theirs. That being said, I do like what Bert brings to the team. Of course I wish you were healthier but I'd take him anyway. Sammy,... that's a tough call. I am afraid that at his age, all this time off will be difficult to come back from.

One reason we are all so excited about these playoffs is because Kenney totally under sold us and the team over deliverred and that equals excitement. He is under selling us again. Bless his heart. Personally. as much as I love Fil, but its painfully obvious we need a score first guy.
-
That team just looks soft to me. I really like Nyquist (my wife call's him The Ginger Ninja; or Ginga Ninja) and Brunner but can't help but think they won't be as effective as 2nd liners.
-
Nyquist the Ginger Ninja has arrived! I'm gonna have to watch this.
-
We get Fedor Tyutin, and then get Jonathan Cheechoo for the fourth line so Ken Daniels gets to say "Cheechoo to Tootoo to Tyutin"
-
Ginger's don't like the sun. Just saying...
-
So we can end up like Edmonton, only without the talent?
-
So, you guys think he is worth a little less than Sammy? A little less than we were prepared to pay for Hudler? And a chunk less than Hudler's market value? I like him over Hudler, no doubt. I like him, hope he returns, but I have too many questions about his game, etc., to figure out his value at the moment. Just be glad it's KH and not me writing up the offer.
-
hypothetically what would we have to trade to get the 2nd and 3rd over

Something tells me your finances are a mess. -
Filppula will be in Vancouver centering the second line with Kessler on wing. That will be a dangerous line.
-
The ugly elephant in the room is that Datsyuk looked old tonite. There, I said it.
