Franzen, Lidstrom and Rafalski also came straight from Europe to the NHL. If he's NHL-ready putting him in the AHL is counterproductive.

Guys just so you know - I'll be watching this game live just like I did games 1 and 2. I wasn't able to watch game 3 live so I guess you can blame me for that one. Sorry. At least you can be sure we'll win this one anyway.

I think the Stars will win too. Last season I had no respect for them. I told my mate it didn't matter who they played - they would lose to Sarnia Sting in the first round and they sure didn't let me down. This year however, they've earnt my respect and as such I picked them to win in 6. I still think this will happen. I wish I had've watched game 3 but I didn't so i can't comment on how the Stars played.

I'll be pissed if the Wings lose this. Is it too much to ask that we beat a team in less than 6 and give ourselves a friggin' break for once? I'm sick of long, tough series' early on.
