It appears they've deleted it from their FAQ. When I signed up the question "Is this legal?" was there and in as many words it said yes. An ominous sign I guess, lol.

Exactly. Particularly because the website claims to be legal. That alone relieves the end user from liability and all damages would be directed at the fraudulent website because of its untrue claims.

Datsyuk got 17 more points than Richards this season. Richards can play a better shut-down defensive role and of course he got those shorties but Datsyuk has brought flair to playing defense in the NHL again. He's made it a thing to behold and not since Sergei Fedorov in the mid-90's has the media ever noticed a forward's defensive game this much. I've many times praised and expressed my appreciation for the player Mike Richards is, and if I were a coach, I'd put him on an important PK before Dats (along with many others), but Pavel will win this trophy easily.

Datsyuk is a certainty. I'm really glad Richards and Kesler also got some recognition for their defensive game. Three very deserving finalists.

I really enjoy watching all these teams beat the suitcase out of one another.

Theodore threw a game away and Lundqvist stole two. The Caps are shooting, fighting, battling and clawing. They're playing with fire and wanna win. They're just not a good enough team yet to win a Stanley Cup. IMO, none of these things apply to the Sharks. So I guess, in short... I disagree. Sorry man, but the Sharks are listless.

Thornton looks pretty apathetic again tonight. On Ryan's second goal it looked like he was just hoping the puck would come back to him. No backcheck, no pressure, no intensity. I don't know what this guy's waiting for.
