I haven't watched a massive amount of Rangers hockey but they're PK is very good. Just then they just completely shut down a Devils 5 on 3 for almost 90 secs. NJ didn't get a shot, they barely possessed the puck. It was the best penalty kill I've seen in a long time... possibly ever. Unbelievable.

Why do people keep comparing coaches to hockey fans? Good coaches like Babcock keep their protests within reason. Wayne looked like a crazed parent spitting hot-dogs at a junior game.

Trying to pull some strings? He was abusing the refs after the final horn. In what way is that productive? He had the right to be pissed off, but as a coach he needs to learn to control himself. When he throws tantrums, it sends a message to his players that they have an excuse to lose. They should be focused on one thing - winning, and the fit he threw completely distracted them. It was as good as giving up. They played with a chip on their shoulder and didn't even get the puck into the Detroit zone in turn giving the Wings the easiest finish to a one-goal game all season. Coaches get pissed and argue all the time, but the good ones control themselves and keep their players focused on the game and not the refs. This is just another example of why Wayne is not a good coach.
