Well you probably should've said, "This team has looked like s*** for the past 3 seconds."
-
Yes it is.

What a setup by Michalek.
-
Did you also call Hudler a joke last season? You can't call someone a joke because better players are playing better. I agree, MM can be awesome at times but inconsistency comes with the package for a 24 year old. Your criticisms are far too premature. Now let's take a look at your comparisons. Not to take anything away from Setoguchi, his production has been great, but he sits on a line with Marleau and Thornton. Michalek is with Pavelski and Clowe most games. The production for all three on the second line is very similar except for Clowe who is slightly ahead. He has sort of become a bit of a PP specialist for the Sharks though, which explains his increased production compared to his linemates. So you are grouping 4 good players who have all had very similar seasons. Yet you're calling one a joke and the others are lapping him. It makes no sense to me. Either you do NOT watch the Sharks much or you're a real slow learner. Education can be difficult with special kids.

Plihal has been a failure this year. With the exception of Goc, he's probably been their biggest letdown this year. He's a depth player for them at best. To call Michalek a joke is ridiculous and ignorant. Not quite living up to high expectations set for you hardly makes one a joke. Consider yourself educated.

It's awesome they love their team so much.
-
Shelley is their enforcer. Michalek is probably the biggest pest on the team. There's a little Maltby in him.
-
Are you thinking of Tootoo?
-
He said mastodonic glovegrab and yes, it is a word.

I hate the Ducks so much it's not funny.

Gees. I can't imagine how pissed you'd be if you were a Leafs fan after the Finger signing.

Zetterberg denies report of rejecting 10yr, $75 million deal.

In the Australian Football League there is a thing called the veteran's list which is comprised of players that are of 30 years of age or more and have served the current club for a minimum of ten years. Such players have only 50% of their salary counted towards the cap. Something like this sound more feasible with a limitation on the amount of players on the list. I think it's a great idea because it promotes loyalty, which sadly, is kinda rare in American sports. -
Aside from the Wings management who have proven the ability to achieve success, I think the Habs have the best management in the league. Bob Gainey and Guy Carbonneau have built an excellent team and are preaching a tight, disciplined system. Once their young team can begin to execute like vets, they'll be a real contender. Last year they were a little overrated, not this year though.

Ouch! I think Lebda is better with Cheli.
-
I think Lebda got hurt didn't he?
-
Kopecky was on the ice for Cleary's goal I think.

Meech got more points than Hank in this one... possible top liner??

Ugh! I knew I shouldn't have clicked this thread. I was just curious to see if it was a joke.

Mindfly, you just got raped by knowledge. This is why I keep saying little fella, learn about hockey first. You're too new to the game to make these judgments, which is why you're always so wrong.
-
I know you're new to hockey and have a hard time reading situations, but why are you surprised by this performance? I'm pretty pleased we got a point. Dallas is after all, contrary to popular opinion, a good hockey team. You just don't undersand NHL hockey. You need to learn more mindfly.

WTF?? How does this relate to the quoted post?

Sometimes personality just flows through the words right? In the same way everyone can tell you're a strange, lonely, negative, little emo kid that enjoys disappointment and writes poems about cutting himself but will never have the balls to do it.

Patrick Sharp is excellent defensively. By no means is Alfie head and shoulders above him.

Well it certianly would be an achievement for a player to win the Hart playing 20 games or so. People have complained about some of Brodeur's Vezinas. A Hart trophy with 10-15 wins?? Lol. Probably not.
