Quick update from MLIVE: Wings captain Nicklas Lidstrom left early in the second period of Friday's game in Nashville with an undisclosed lower-body injury and will not return to the game. General manager Ken Holland said Lidstrom went for X-rays, which were negative. He would not reveal the nature of the injury but mindfly reckons that it's without a doubt a knee injury and could be put on LTIR. Mindfly says he may re-evaluate the situation once the game is finished and give his final prognosis shortly after.

They play at that s***ty rink in Oakleigh right now. Hopefully for the last season. Let me know if you can make it to a game brother. It's always a bit of fun.

What's Juddy like? Always looked up to him since juniors. I trained with the Chargers but wasn't good enough to progress but there was always so much talk about that guy from the Dragons and then I watched him in the U18's. Wow. Again, in reference to the angered Sharks fans about Marleau 12 months ago. Marleau was good this past postseason, not magnificent but good. I watched all but one game. The season before he was pretty average, seriously. I can't remember how many games I watched. I've never been one to list my credentials as a hockey fan though. Seems a little silly to me. Before that, I don't remember much to be honest. Apparently, 12 months ago many Sharks fans didn't either.
