Thanks mate. Lol. I actually bought one to take home. Seriously. I guess I love my free-ball action. Lol. Tokyo is an amazing town, I was blown away by it. The people are incredibly friendly and while they don't speak much English, if you have a go at Japanese, they'll help you out as much as possible. Awesome joint, highly recommend. Although, I did get kinda claustrophobic at times. Especially when I slept in a capsule. By the way, that lovely photo taken of the ancient Japanese structure with trees and s*** in the background is actually in the heart of the city and can *almost* be seen from that overview shot.

No we call girls in general birds. Saying she's "my bird" is the same as saying "my girl". Get it? I don't know why it's like that, it's far more common slang in the UK. We call actual birds with wings and feathers etc. chuzzwazzas. The origin of that term dates back to the old days when the Simpsons came to Australia. That episode was actually very historical for Australia as it solidified and created many of our customs today such as booting a criminal in the arse in lieu of the death sentence, doing business wearing Speedos in an inflated tyre floating in a backyard pond and of course kangaroo riding. Other than that, we're just like America except we say "aluminium". Make sense now? Cool.

No. In Britain and Australia, 'bird' is slang for girl or woman. Calling someone 'my bird' is basically referring to them as your girlfriend. Eg. "HR40 is Doggy's bird."

I agree with your assessment of Ericsson vs. Fischer. People seem to have gotten a little too excited about Ericsson without seeing him really play in the NHL. Fischer was a gun. I gotta say though, I don't know how you can say he was that much better than Kronner was. I saw a lot of him during the lockout (as I'm sure we all did) and he was phenominal in the AHL. You can't really fairly compare the two seasons.
