1. I'm probably a bigger fan of Downey than you. 2. I said we should sign an enforcer. I would imagine someone that is anti-enforcer wouldn't suggest signing an enforcer. Would you? It's kind of the exact opposite of being anti-enforcer.

I'm happy to have DMac or Downey signed as a 14th or 15th forward. I think I feel the way most here feel. We have nothing against the enforcers on offer - we just don't feel they're good enough nor important enough to have to find a place for them at the cost of guys like Helm, Kopecky and others.

Equestrian sucks. I think it's the only event where I don't sit there and at least once say, "Wow, that was impressive." I just can't relate to it at all. You just couldn't find it enjoyable unless you ride horses frequently as a hobby.

So Ozzy can get into the Hall despite never being the best at his position because he has redeeming stats and accomplishments but Andreychuk's redeeming stats and accomplishments don't matter because you don't like him as much as Osgood. Got it. -
Nice try but if there's one thing you should've learnt from eva, it's that any statistics whether relevant or not, allow you to pretend to know what you're talking about.

Nah. The Boomers aren't very good. The US Dream Team is fair dinkum this year too - no-one will come close to them. The exhibition match was meaningless. You should know better than to read much into the final margins of any basketball game let alone an exhibition game. If you're looking for some Australian success in basketball, again - watch the Opals not the Boomers.

By take up a roster spot - are you asking if his salary counts against the cap? His salary only counts against the cap if he is on the active roster. If we sign Downey or McCarty they'll still have to clear waivers to be sent to GR and not be on the active roster. You solution makes sense to me. It'd be nice if we could get something for Quincey though.
