I am sorry I thought you were reasonably intelligent enough to realize I was not calling out every single player on the team, just certain members. I don't really want to call out any specific player because it does no good, but I will say that Ozzie, Z, Lids, Flip, and Helm sure liked like they were going 110%. And that doesn't mean every unnamed player was, in my opinion, lazy or unmotivated.

Not really though. Lang was lazy and sucked when Yzerman was captain. Was that Yzerman's fault? And I'm a fan who not only spends lots of money to watch the product, but I invest a lot of personal time and energy following the team. I'm allowed to pass a casual judgement. It's not like I am starting a civil trial- I made a post on an internet board.

I applaud the Wing's resilence in the face of injuries, but there were still clearly times where they did not self-motivate. They got further than any other team would have in our position, but we still had two games to win the Cup- one at home- and failed.

We've had 3 outdoor games, for 6 teams, and 2 of those have been Canadian, and Canada is complaining? You've 33% of the teams and you are less than 20% of the league. STFU.

You are right- he didn't say that there. However, the fact that Kenny is still talking with Hossa's agent validates us thinking about what we will do when/if we sign Hossa. Saying people are "flying off the handle" for actually thinking Kenny is debating this is just ridiculous. I am willing to assume Kenny knows what he's doing. That's enough for me. Being talked down to like I don't know anything because I think an NHL GM understands the salary cap is just dumb. Especially one with Kenny's track record.
