You do realize Obama is a Democrat President with a popular wife who seems to advancing a liberal agenda during an unpopular war (you can add the minority thing too... Catholic damn near equaled black in the 60's...)? I have no issue with Kennedy or Obama... but those are facts. Don't talk about history repeating itself. Sorry if I politicized the thread.

As most of you feel, I want Hossa but am not willing to blow up the team for him. But... people keep preaching out depth... yes, these are the people who will step up if we keep Hossa. Abdelkader, Leino, Helm... non roster players, until the playoffs. Yeah, money will be tight, but I am not convinced we are losing that much. We get picks for Hudler (hate to see him go). Everyone else can take a below market rate or move on. Which is what we are asking of Hossa.

Any player on the Grifs with any chance of playing if the Wings plane crashed and they all died got called up when the Grifs got bounced from the AHL playoffs. It means nothing, he shouldn't play, move on.

He's only been with them 3 games. As a lot of people are saying... there are better players on every line to pick than Fil right about now.
