Can't believe I can't get this game on NBC in South Carolina! I'm listening to RW Radio, but watching JustinTV Russia, which is about 25 seconds behind. Well, better than nothing. I was going to purchase tickets for both March 27th and 29th games. Since I'll be in Detroit area, may as well make it a 3 day fest with the RW's. Thanks , I might of missed that bit of info! I've seen them practice in Traverse City, but the Joe is special. GO WINGS

rossco, I'm impressed with your trip. If I lived on that side of the pond I would be spending my time chasing the Wings around. You are going to be one busy dude. I was just over there May 2007, yes the exchange rate was awful, but I would do it again. (Could not find one hockey game on TV in the pubs, only Football or soccer.) I'm was listening to the group Runrig while I happened apond this thread. I'm sure you've heard of them. (Oh, I'm half Scotch, grandfather/mother from Edinburgh area.) GO WINGS ! I put a slide show together, collection of Wing pictures (mine and others) 2006/07 and used music from "Starship" from a live concert recorded June 3, 1997. This was pretty cool, you can hear the crowd yelling "Lets go Red Wings".....I have on my computer, and I just get in a MOOD to just listen and go back to the playoffs. Hope to make another this year.....but, well you know! (Hope to have the cup in this one)

Hi All, first time poster, but been poking around LGW for long time. My favorite spot when a game is on! Zion, we made it down to the Joe on Saturday also. Went to Cheli's, ten of us, it was crowded, but had couple drinks at bar while waiting. I would go again, food was great. Seats at the Joe, not happy. Didn't like sitting in row 21 for $44 and row 22 lot cheaper. (But you learn something everyday.) Playoff game last year sat down in lower bowl, much better. But I was only paying for one ticket, and I was worth it. Ha! (Plus they WON.) Looking forward to someday having a new arena. Been to few Griffins games, the seating is nice. (I know, not as old as the Joe).
