Gee, who didn't see that kind of goal coming? Some bulls*** bounce and it goes in barely. If our season ends on that it's going to be tough to swallow. We have DOMINATED this game bigtime.

This game has LOSS written all over it. We should be up 6-0 by now. This is ridiculous. If we had 1-2 goal lead right now I'd be fine with all the other missed chances but with it still being 0-0 we have seen this way too many times. We really need one of those to go in. At least this score keeps the boys on their toes. The problem is it smells like a "steal" game. Man I hope I'm wrong.

This is the best defensively the wings hvae played I think. SJ has had very little. We just need to get some goals and keep this up. I don't want to see it 0-0 going into 3rd after we have triple their shots. That smells like a loss.

Mickey Redmond said at the end of the 1st that Thorton is a 'competitor'. I don't think he used the right word there. And, that's not competing, that's poor sportsmanlike conduct. But whatever. That doesn't compare to what he did in game 5. Thornton is a poor excuse for a captain, i dont' care if they win the series or win the cup. He's pathetic.

I really don't like that Hudler is in for Draper. A key penalty killer is out, he brings faceoff wins and speed and grit. Hudler better f***in score or assist on some goals tonight. The PK was perfect I believe last game. Absolutely disagree with this move.

To be fair though, most would agree that the sharks were also getting some amazing breaks. I still think the sharks are a step better. They're faster, they're bigger, they're younger, but they're inexperienced. That's the one big key factor the wings have on San Jose. The wings got a couple of breaks and bounces today and won the game. Same happened for us last game. I just hope the trend continues into game 6 and we even the score 3 to 3.

YEah, and their captain no doubt, takes a diving penalty. That's just great. Way to go Thornton. You'll never win anything in your career. You're a loser, just like Tkachuk was. Even if we don't do it, Vancouver will smack your ass in the mouth.

Maybe San Jose will start second guessing themselves now. The diving, the nonsense they keep trying to do is now no longer working for them. They're not getting the breaks. I hope they choke.

Whoa whoa wait a second, serious question here: When they called offsetting minors, did they call Thornton for diving or unsportsman like? Or was it something else? Becuase if they actually called him for the dive, then that's great.

The bit more concerning thing to me is the wings have not won a game in the playoffs in which they have scored less than 4 goals. Both SJ wins and all 4 PHX wins were 4 goals or more.

The idiots on the sharks HF boards are starting to think they're going to lose the series. I find that hilarious. I still dont think we'll win but now I think it's going 7. I would love to just KILL the sharks in game 6 by 3-4 goals and really get some pressure on them.
