Well, they keep Kindl in GR because he gets more minutes on the ice. And yeah he is better than Lebda or Meech at the moment, I do not see how this is even dabatable. Kindl is showing at worst top4 potential. Lebda and Meech are both very bad no.6 defensemen. As for Babcock, he gets paid for his job, so what? Doesn't mean he's perfect.

I can't belive Lebda is still on the team. He sucks so much it's not even funny anymore. He is barely an AHL player by now. Meech sucks too, though probably a little less than Lebda (that's no feat though). Kindl is clearly better than both.

You are missing a ton of players from KHL. I think I heard Tretiak saying Kovalev will not make the team. And yeah, this is the only team that can challenge Canada and have a real chance to win.

Not even close to Team Canada. Actually, I think a Team Canada "B" would be just as good or better. Only Russia has a chance to beat Canada at Olympics.
