Agreed People need to just settle down. I think we have just been very spoiled this season, very. So many are freaking out, but it's fine this is happening now where Babs can play with the lines a bit and figure out what's going on right now so we won't make the same mistakes we are now come playoffs.

I, as well as everyone else, knew this thread was going to come soon after tonite's loss, but instead of waiting I decided to make it myself instead. Obviously the Wings haven't been doing so hot, and there are multiple factors that contribute. But hell, we aren't perfect, so I'm not complaining AT ALL, we have had an amazing season so far and there is still a lot to be said. But every team has their slumps and this just happens to be (hopefully our only) one. I want to know what you guys think, why we haven't been doing so well lately. For me it's be multiple things, missing players (though not major players - still contribute a lot to our team), too many defensive breakdowns, and not enough enthusiasm in front of the net. Yeah, enthusiasm, I don't think we've been playing with that "spark," if you will, that we have presented on the ice earlier this season. I don't expect our team to be perfect and I'm not panicking at all, yet. But that leaves up for another question as well... Do you think it's time to start worrying? and What do you feel is the main problem/s in our current losing streak?

You're joking right? We have a great line of second scorers and the past few games have been mainly to defensive breakdowns.

I'm really enjoying watching Howard in net there. I like the way he moves, very clean and crisp and he moves for the rebound shot quickly.

I like the sound of that. We have some good line-ups as is but I feel it's time to change things around a bit, see if we can get some good chemistry going.

I agree, however I do beleive that Kron's and Cleary's abence do affect us in the fact that the reason we are such a good team is because of our chemistry. But it also seems with a few minor absences we become shaken up yet when we lose a star (aka Hank) it doesn't hinder us as much.
