I didn't want the Wings to play the Flames in the first round, I was hoping they'd play the Wild. They beat the Flames. And we do have a good chance beating the Sharks, were 3-0 at home. And that bad loss 9-4, the West Coast trip is always hard and its reg season anyway. This is a new season, Wings can play hard GO WINGS!!!

For Game 5, the refs were a joke. I can see why Iginla didn't get the suspension. And if ppl wanna think the backup goalie wasn't intentionally slashing thats their problem. The dirty play and cheap shots is getting really old. The players need to play hockey. The punch on Lebda was uncalled for. And the Flames players admitted they were starting fights so the next game would be better. The most annoying part of this whole thing, is flames fans are gonna say we intentionally would hit Kipper and at times, players can't help falling near the net, thats gravity for ya.

Well at least Lebs can rest a little before Round 2 and play!

This year is defintiely different, the makeup of the team is different too. There always some ironies like the past couple years, the team that has beat the Wings haven't won the cup. I'm relieved we beat Calgary, but the Wings still have another hump to get over. GO WINGS!!!

So a few people may hate me for this. but I'm glad Wings finally made some good moves. We need gritty players and Calder and Bertuzzi will fit in nicely. Williams got the concussion and hasn't been the same. He's whined about playing time and instead of worrying about individual worry about the WHOLE team! Look at last year when Tigers got criticized for getting Kenny Rogers and he ended up being a really nice guy. Besides camera guys can be annoying. And yes Bertuzzi did do a sucker punch, but he hasn't done one lately. Preds and wings are taking a chance with a veteran and hopefully it works out. GO WINGS!!!!

Here we go again, posts complaining about a wings player. Honestly, this gets annoying. Just like when a goalie has a bad game, there are posts saying he needs to be traded, he sucks, were not going to make the playoffs. Geez, its just one game. Right now Lang has the most number of goals on the team since Shanny left and Yzerman retired.
