    We have had Howard in for all of the first round and 3 games in the 2nd. Putting Ozzy in on the possibilty of being eliminated is not fair to the team or him. We have to stick with Howard. Howard is still a ROOKIE, he can get better and stay consistently good. Ozzy hasn't played in a while and will have a lot of rust.

    The Sharks know they can advance to the third round so they will be playing their hearts out Game 4 and it would be embarassing to lose like 7-0 or something. Yes Game 4 is win or go home.

    The team needs to defend their goalie not depend on the goalie to make ALL the saves.

    I understand the move and agree with the commentors, Wings need speed and we don't have much of it. Yes Helm, Filppula have good breakaways. Obviously Zata & Datsyuk are fast.

    Lilja is great for size yes, but speed not so much. Changing up the lines might give us a spark to help win. It's worth a try.

    I'm happy we are getting Hudler back. My only thing I'm questioning is in the playoffs last year he got hurt by Columbus, yes he still played on, but wasn't scoring as much. I know its been a season so hopefully he back to 100%. The whole team had some mysterious injuries they didn't reveal until after the finals were up. Rafalski with the back, Lidstrom, and a few others.

    Wings need speed and I think Hudler will be good to have back.

    I'm amused at this poll, as much as I hate Crosby he has nothing to do with the 2nd round. Now if the wings were playing them in the 2nd round I'd agree.

    Basically Howard is either hot and lets a lot of goals in. The defense is not playing up to par, the offense needs to score more. After the Olympic break the wings played amazing and earned a spot in the playoffs. It's like they ran out of gas or stopped trying. For all their hard work they should try harder as if every game is the last one they will play.

    Hindsight, the past few years we've gone far in the playoffs, 19 straight years in the playoffs, championships in 1997, 1998, 2002, 2008. Each team has transition years and I want the wings to win every year, but thats not possible. I'm happy we got to the second round. I'd like us to advance, its been a rough year with injuries, the olympics.

    Sadly I lost my kirk maltby vintage hat, it has player number on the front, last name on the back and an autograph on the side. I went to hockeytown authentics and a few other places. I don't know if anyone remembers these hats, I tired looking online for them, no luck yet. At the Joe Louis they only had a couple left.

    If anyone knows the hats I'm talking about and finds a link please post it!

    Hahaha ding ding ding!

    Ya Dublin Square is a bar in East Lansing (I'm a Spartan) and it looked like they were having a hockey reunion. They were singing the fight song over and over again except replacing the line "and those spartans play good ball" with "play good hockey".

    good guess man - good for you. The guy was just havin a good time though nothin to bad.

    Yeah I'm a spartan too and the bar name instantly popped it must be Abdelkader. That's awesome thanks for posting that.
