i was actually rather pleased with malts last night. he was grinding pretty well and getting under the sharks skin. i'm thinking maybe he's feeding off of leinos energy. draper is the best at faceoffs so hes there to stay. but i would like to see the leino, draper, maltby line in a few more games

i think mickey said last night that it was his 505th career game. so dats should be able to get his stats up to over a point a game relatively soon! how sweet is that!

they got back to back games this weekend. it'll be interesting to see if he;s ready to go on saturday

thorton looked back and saw that hit coming. he should have been prepared for it. maybe he was just trying to draw a penalty cause he def turned his back on cleary. there are tons of hits just like that every year. thing is the sharks are usually the ones intigating those types of plays and they seemed to take offense that the wings were out muscling them last night. i'd be ticked too if the hit was on one of my teams players but to blame an entire game off of that is stupid.

yes i know very little about concussions, and you are clearly an expert. based on the fact that i have had one, i think i know a bit more about it then you. yah a concussion can be bad example lindros. but look at this experts He did not loose conceissness immediatly or at all for all we know, which (if this was a concussion which was pure speculation) indicated a mild concussion at most. if he had had seriose head trauma he would have likely blacked out on the ice and taken considerable time to come to. he played for another 10 secs or so before he left.

ok, lets hope its not a concussion, i mean seriously a whole weak? god, the wings could miss the playoffs because of that. i;d rather he be out a weak then have some type of long term neck injury. THAT was my ******* point! jesus christ people.

what? a cuncossions not a big deal. i had one once. ur fine after a day or so. i dont want him to be hurt, but honestly when u see how he got nailed u gotta hope its something minimal and not a neck injury
