just back from the game, that was alotta fun. The feeling of seeing that goal scored with 17 seconds left at the end there was just amazing.

yah it really depends on how loose they are being but either way ti's really cool. I've gone some years where they pretty much have the bus parked by the exit and they walk to it but they still sign stuff for fans but the last time they were there, two seasons ago, they had the bus parked away from the exit and they all came out, and talked to everyone, took pictures and signed autographs, but that was also in the middle of a cup run too, who knows, Babs may have things tightened up this time around, we'll see. I've read in interviews before that they like coming out and seeing the fans out here because they only do it once or twice a year though. I can't wait though, I'm gonna bring a couple jerseys(franzen, datsyuk) and my 2008 cup finals game six puck and try to get them signed.

the only one I think will make a big difference is mule. Hopefully it's not too late by then though.

yeah I'll be rushin down there after work, I get off at noon. I was hoping they'd be there tomorrow, as it's often the day before they play L.A. that they're there but oh well, hopefully won't miss much.

not I, I've had a Datsyuk jersey since his rookie season. Though watching these videos makes me miss Hull.

With this being said, if Franzen somehow made his return before the olympic break, does anyone think Sweden would add him last minute, or still no because he'd be rusty?

I'd like to see him back. I've always liked him.

I never root for my country, im simply not that patriotic..so I root for my favorite players...so sweden and russia.

i saw on that nhlssourcessay twitter that he is thinking about retiring.

I don't want him to, but I kind of have a feeling he might retire after this season. Everyone just assumes he's gonna resign for less but it is VERY obvious his arm is in some pretty bad pain, he won't shoot the puck, ever and even when he does, he doesn't seem to get everything on it. So with the pain, his age, etc, I wouldn't be too surprised if he hung em up. Let's hope he doesn't though because even showing signs of being human, he is still better than 95 percent of the nhl on the blueline....or more.

that's been driving me crazy, I can't figure out what it is. I don't know if mason keeps hitting his post or something to get back in position or what, it seems its whenever the puck leaves the jackets zone. The audio is way TOO high for the on ice audio.

as much as I dislike roy, I'll always find his ear plugging response hilarious.

I'd take Ilya in a second. I saw on that NHLSourcesSay twitter, they said the wings are interested in him the other day. I don't know how accurate that is but it'd be nice. Pavs setting him up all the time, it'd be crazy.

malik's is actually much easier to pull off than datsyuks. I've been scoring on between the legs shots for years....but datsyuk's..dragging the puck back when you're in THAT close to the goalie is pretty tricky, it's very easy for the goalie to just poke check it whereas the between the legs shot, well, once you put the puck back between your legs, you're protecting it from the goalie, so it just depends on how good of a shot you pull off.

yah and the first goal should of been icing anyhow. oh well.

I just want the ******* mule back. It's games like this when he shines. No one is scoring? The team is making the other goalie look like hasek or roy...Mule comes out and puts one right under the cross bar then does it again the next shift. Ahhh, can't wait till february/march.
