It's really getting lame how people talk s*** about lils just to talk s*** about him. He had a good game and there's no need to talk down about him. Hossa looked good in my opinion but I think he is more of a workhorse type player and would better be suited with Franzen, their styles would compliment eachother well. Datsyuk looked great as usual, hank is a little lost without pavs, but he'll figure it out I'm sure. Sammy doesn't deserve all the s*** he gets either. He just needs to fine tune his puck control and timing, he's got great speed and makes some great plays to split by the d but then gives it up by making a bad pass or just trying to get by one too many guys. I think as a whole, the team looks a little sloppy and the D needs to get their games back, mostly kronner and stuey. Sure, it as nice to see stuart make the hit but liek he often does, he took himself otu of position and then the canes player was open in the slot for their lone goal. Anyhow, good win when it comes down to it but as others have said, there is work that needs to be done, but it is definitley not as bad as some make it out to be, there's 82 games for a reason.

hey, I've tried asking in the GDT but it seems to just get lost, so I was wondering if anyone knows if there will be an online stream for sure? Not one of the ones where you have to download the programs to view them, just a normal stream, like that justintv one and I forget what the other site that seems to have them all the time is, anyhow, please post any info here as I can't be home for the game and want to watch it during class....

single disc one is more of a documentary about the playoffs/cup victory and just has clips of games whereas teh four disc one has the ENTIRE SCF series.

The jerseys themselves don't look that bad but the names and numbers are attrocious. Wrong font and numbers, nameplates, etc, quite terrible at any price.

I ordered one, actually I'm wearing it as I type this but that thought did cross my mind as well but I've got to say if it's not real, you could never tell. It has all the official markings liek the nhlpa logo, the nhl copyright under the winged wheel, it has the official reebox tag in side and came with the my nhl tage attached to it with all the product info. I'm pretty damn sure they are real. Some stores just get stuff early. You gotta realize it's not hockey season right now so not many people are in a rush to update their stock just yet while that guys ebay store sells all kinds of jerseys and shirts and everything so hockey is pretty much his main seller. Who knows?

yah dude, I have a datsyuk jersey from 02 with the cup patch that's signed by most of the curent team as well as an autherntic 2004 all star jersey as well as a franzen, yzerman and lidstrom jersey. It's carazy how people can like more than 2 players on a team huh? Sorry for being excited about a new star player and ordering a ******* t-shirt for f***s sake. I'm sure when he is scoring a good amount of goals during the season, you'll start "wetting yourself" too.

I'm assuming you ordered from nhl.com? I have a new Reebok replica that I got Franzen on the back of with the cup patch and all. It's from sportsk.com and everything is sewn on(very well i might add) and of great quality.

you don't wanna use the sticks the pros use if you're playing roller hockey. They get torn up wayyy too fast and cost way too much. I recently foudn that out the hard way when I joined a roller league and the only sticks I had were my old ones from ice that each cost over 200 dollars and they both lasted about a month each on the roller court. Unless it's a wooden roller court, then that's a whole different story, but if it's outdoors, get a two piece, so you just have to replace the blase every now and then and not the whole stick.

I completely disagree with that. I am from the US and aside from Yzerman(though he is canadian anyhow), I have always cheered the most for Fedorov, datsyuk, Lidstrom, Franzen and then great players outside the wings, I've always liked some of the russians like bure and ovechkin and the list goes on with the foreign players. I have always liked the euros mor ebecause of their skilled, flashy game as opposed to the kind of meat and potatoes grit game played by the north americans.

I know there have been numerous topics about edge jerseys and questions about them, but this on is strictly about sizing. I have an authentic ccm all star jersey from 04 and I think that one fits great, as well as a ccm replica L. So my question is if any of you have had the ccms and now have a reebok, what would the best sizing comparison be to a ccm L or 48 authemtic?

you guys have to bring into consideration as well, if Hossa LOVES playing here, and if we perhaps win the cup again, he may take a long term deal with a pretty good discount so he can stay and also help keep the team together. It's not impossible to have Z, Mule, Hossa and Flip 2 seasons from now...especially if the cap continues to rise.
