I always go see them practce in out here in L.A. when they come to play the Kings and you can get anythign signed by any player pretty much as well as taking pictures with them and hell, wtahcing the practice is fun as hell on its own.

I'm torn between Kronwall, Franzen and Hank right now. I will probabaly order one in about a month.

yah exactly, it can't be too bad because otherwise he'd never been cleared to play. I'm still quite curious as to what it was and it makes it a little more odd that they still just can't come out and say it.

except that many players on the team wear it/have worn it throughout the season...oh and the whole red and white thing and saying detroit on the back, granted it's really a tigers hat though.

2008: For me this one's the best because while I've been a wings fan since I was seven(21 currently) and stevy y is my favorite all time player, he was already detroit's own for 10 years or so before I became a wings fan, but with this current team, I've seen everyone come to the team from the beginning with the exception of a couple(whom i only missed by about 2 years). But I remember seeing Datsyuk playing in 01/02 and knowing he'd be a superstar, I even got the 2002 cup jersey with his name on it, so to see him finally be at the top along with hank who I loved from the get go, it's just amazing. I guess what it comes down to, is I just feel as though this is "my" team, more so than any of the other teams I've ever watched lift the cup. 97/98 - 97 was the first and absolutely amazing, but having won the second for vladdy made it equally as sweet because I was crushed when that happened to him because I had met him in 96 and he was the NICEST guy ever and was always one of my favorite players and on top of that I loved seein Stevy lift the Conn Smythe. 2002 - well...we bought it, it was still a blat to watch though but it just doesn't mean as much when you look back on it.

i know how you feel dude, it's the same as it was with dallas, i had an odd feeling about game 5, not so much that we were gonna lose for sure but I had a bad feeling kind of, same with the last game in this series and just liek going into game 6 with dallas, I am totally confident we wil win tomorrow night.

i don't get why people are saying that. He made a kick save on the first shot, that's the defenseman's job to clear guys out of the slot and prevent them from getting rebounds, he did all he could on that play.

oh man, what a period, we looked great out there. I can't believe that call though. There have been so many obvious penalties by both teams that could have ben called since half way through the 3rd and they call that little brush against fleury? What the f***? Oh well, we killed it off, time to kil the penguins off. GO WINGS.

I look at one as enough to keep the game alive in the next 20, 2 or 3 would be excellent though.

we can turn it arond, I know we can, it's just a matter of if it'll happen or not, we've made a few great plays but can't connect(ie helm breakaway, flip in the sot wide open, etc). If the wings keep it up, they can get two quick ones easily, they just have to make sure they shut down the pens offense while doing so. I mean, one goal, we're right back in it. Lets all hope for a much better period, but stop getting so down, it's only the end of the first.

I'm not from detroit but I'm guessing it means they play the games on a screen at the fox theatre which is also owned by illitch.
