We have this guy named Lidstrom. Not many people have a better resume than him. I don't get why people dismiss defensemen when talking about all-time greats. It always goes to "the greatest defensemen". Sure he has declined some now at 41 but if we are talking about over-all, which I assume you are, since you said "resume", not many beat Nick, to me, he is right behind Gordie Howe in greatest Red Wings players all time and is in the conversation with Gretzky, Lemieux, Gordie, Orr, etc for greatest all time players.

I thought Bert looked great tonight. He is one of the best behind the net and in the corners with the puck. I find myself cringing every time cleary makes a play though.

flip shouldn't pass backwards so close to the blue line, he's gotta wait till he's in the zone. Mule is skating pretty good and using his body out there. Skating fast isn't the easiest thing when you're as big as he is.

This is my exact thoughts. I think that unless it is overbearingly obvious (ex. intaking almost the whole bottle of pills), they have to rule it an accident probably. I doubt the guy lacked so much common sense that he thought it was an okay mixture. To me, it seems like suicide.

I think they'll be fine and take this one. They didn't play great on friday and lost in OT. Howie has been great, we just need forwards not named pavel datsyuk to play like they know how to.
