-

-
I thought there was a game on tonight? :flush:
-
we cant buy an effen goal tonight. they need to go back to passing 101.
-
Are you kidding me? When is it that maturity will take over, and you stop posting ignorant crap?
-
Wow I cant believe there is no Conklin sucks thread yet! Then again its a little early.
-
How can anyone think that this move sucks? I like Mac, like everyone else here. But I would much rather have Helm up right now, contributing like he did in the playoff run last season.

I have a hard time seeing this old fart crack that stacked line up in SJ. He has been gone to long. Tell me the game hasn't changed since 2003. xm today was talking about it, and CL was quoted in saying, he didn't care what level he played at (AHL or NHL) , he just wanted to be at the arena and be around the guys and so on. And all I could think of in response was, enjoy your retirement and buy season tickets, if you want to be at the arena! He is still a turd in my book!

I cant wait for this game. I was checking the habs forum today, and their gdt was up earlier in the day. Most posters on there are bracing for an ass whooping. So lets give their fans what they expect. Hossa x3

Does anyone have the link yet showing this tonight? I was watching the game earlier, then switched it to the philly/dallas game.
-
Mary-Kate and Ashley dont look to bad tonight. I am waiting for that pass from behind the net.
-
lets get this show on the road.

Injuries and sickness does suck, but early in the season like it is, almost a good thing for the teams secondary scoring to get on track and get some confidence. Look at what Kopecky and Hudler are doing. Look what happened with Homers injury last year? It put Franzen in a spot where he needed to be more effective. And the dude took off. Better November then April or May.

I was a little taken a back by how Marc Crawford did. I thought he did a good job. I was expecting him to start yelling at the Flames players to move their feet! lol. Between him and Craig Simpson, I was pleasantly surprised. Simpson can do Wings games anytime he wants imo.

Just saw the Kings jersey. Too bad it their colors aren't brown, because that logo makes them look like UPS drivers. Brown socks would definetly tie it all in though. lol. The Sharks one isn't bad, and the Senators isn't too bad either. The Hurrcanes, Thrashers, and Lightning need to all go back to the drawing board and start over. The Blues are not so bad either imo.

One of the Wings gets a hattie tonight. Who is going to be? I am saying Hossa.
-
4 minutes into the game Anaheim has already taken two penalties and gave up two goals. This is the kind of game that makes smile.
-
Hopefully this will be a solid 60 minutes. I am thinking Franzen gets the GWG, and Z gets a deuce for the night.
-
Caps win. Ducks lose. YESSSS! F*#k I hate the Ducks with a passion. No points for the Anaheim Thugs tonight. I like that.
-
yes! 5-2 washington. Steckel just tipped it in.
-
That was a pretty decent fight between Parros and Brashear.
-
3-1 now. This looks like its going to be a penalty filled physical game. Pronger just destroyed Greene with a shoulder check, AO retaliated leaving his feet, and lit up Huskins. Fun game though.
-
make it 3 to 0 now. The Ducks look absolutely stunned, barely 7 minutes in.

This morning on xm 204, the show 'The Point', they had the TB GM on the phone. They talked about the firing. He basically said, "you know he was hired before I was hired. I didnt have a chance to interview and sit down at a table and talk about style of coaching and expectations." He went on to say that there wasn't any communication on many levels between him and the players. Whether it was on the ice or in the dressing room. Melrose would be so heated, he wouldn't attend practice. The players basically failed to buy into his ideology. But imo he is much easier to replace then a bunch know it all players, that don't take responsibility for their crappy play and effort. That organization seems to be very unorganized and not ready to compete. I am betting Atlanta finishes with a better record then TB at the end of this season.
