Hossa needs to thank all of his teammates for winning him the Cup. I would of felt really bad for him if he had lost three years in a row, so I am glad that his team won. I am convinced that the one great playoffs he had with Pittsburgh was a fluke, since he really did not perform well with Detroit or Chicago. Why oh why did Kane have to be the one to score the game winning goal? Having to watch him skate with the Cup was disappointing. After what he did to that poor cab driver, I have no respect for him.

What a letdown, thanks Flyers. If Kane was not on Chicago, I might have rooted for them, but since he is I am forced to root for Pronger and the Flyers.After what Kane did to that old man, I just can't bear the thought of him having the honor of winning the Stanley Cup.

I have mixed feelings about Hossa winning the Cup. If he did not play for Chicago and have Kane as a teammate it would not bother me at all. I was disappointed last year when he did not perform well in the playoffs, but since he is not doing so hot for Chicago, I am okay with it now. I guess the good playoff performance with Pittsburgh was a fluke. If Hossa finally gets to lift the Stanley Cup I will be happy for him, but seeing Kane lift it will be hard to take. Some may not agree with me, but I believe that anyone who beats up a man old enough to be his grandfather has no right to win the Cup.

I hate this years final.I can't root for either team, I dislike them both. One team has Kane on it and the other has Pronger, it is a no win situation. I wish that they could both lose and no Cup would be rewarded this year.

San Jose really let me down.I am rooting for the East to win the Cup. I cannot root for Chicago with Kane on their team.

I would never root for the Hawks. I don't like anyone on the team and I cannot stand Patrick Kane. I hope the Sharks win the west and I hope that either Boston or Montreal wins the east.I certainly don't want Pronger to win another Cup.

The NHL should be ashamed of the way games have been called in the playoffs. Refs should be held accountable for the calls they make, instead they are allowed to control the outcome of games and that is just wrong.

I would feel really bad for Hossa if he makes it to the finals only to lose for a third time. He would have to know that he is cursed. I really don't like Kane and having to root for team USA with him on it was not easy. I can't imagine what it would be like to see him lift the Cup. If the finals are between Chicago and Pittsburgh, I would have to reluctantly go with Chicago, but I hope that it won't come to that.

Although my heart won't be in it I will root for Boston or San Jose to win the Cup. I won't root for Chicago or Pittsburgh since I cannot stand either team.

I hope that all three will be here next year. I have become a big fan of Eaves and Miller, they play their roles well and are an asset to the team. I really wish that Eaves was not injured because they needed him to help kill penalties. I like Maltby, but it would not be right to sacrifice any of these three for him. The Wings need to keep Eaves and Miller

I am really sad about the loss, but it wasn't meant to be. I hope that San Jose and Boston make it to the finals. Even though I don't like Thorton, I would be okay with either team winning the Cup. My worst nightmare would be Chicago or Pittsburgh winning, since I cannot stand either team.

I know that the Wings won't be winning the Cup this year, but it is still hard to let go and accept it. There is still a little part of me that is hoping that they can win four in a row.In reality, the best thing for the team is to rest up and get healthy for a good run next year. Not to be mean, but can Ericcson be made a forward again? because defense is not a position he was meant to play. Every time he is on the ice I want to cover my eyes. He just seems so lost out there on the ice. The Red Wings really need to work on their diving because they are not very good at it. Maybe San Jose can give them some pointers.

I sure hope Eaves is ready to play in the next game, because if the Refs continue to call penalties left and right on the Wings, they are going to need him. I hope that the Wings are mad about the outcome of these two games and are ready to take it to the Sharks.

My guess is that they are trying to help the Sharks win the series, so that they do not go down in history as one of the biggest choke teams of all time.

The sad thing is that the Refs are not accountable to anyone, so they get to decide which team will win the game. Unfortunately for the Wings they do not seem to be on their side. Even with his bad arm, we sure could of used Eaves for all the penalties the team has had to kill off.

This game is becoming unwatchable. I cannot believe the imcompetence of these refs.

That sure was a letdown.I am scared for game 7. Phoenix has a never say die attitude and who knows what Red Wings team will decide to show up for the game.

I don't understand how Phoenix can come into this game with drive and determination to win, while the Wings act like it is no big deal if they win or lose. Does Detroit think that just because they have more talent that they don't really have to give much of an effort? Where is the passion and desire to compete and win?

The thing I like about Phoenix is that they never give up, they are always coming at you.This team believes in themselves and they believe that they can win. I wish the Wings played the same way.

Two points or even one point would of been nice.I really liked Eaves, Helm and Cleary, they had a good game.Osgood tried his best and did okay. I just really wanted to win today.

Eaves shootout attempt was really funny.

I love Eaves, he has become one of my favorite players on the team. The joy that is on his face whenever he or one of his teammates scores is so adorable. I hope that he will be a Red Wing for a long time. I hope that he won't be out for very long because the team needs him on the PK.
