Detroit was the most physical team in the playoffs until the last two games. Why did we get away from that? Now the pens skate all over with no fear. This guy sees his officials not following the rules his league created, and then tells the media they are correct. This only adds to the confusion for new fans and hurts the legitimacy of the NHL. I for one want to see the dats we all have gown to love. He needs to stop start and turn on a dime to be effective. I say why stop the train? Now we need him, and he will be 90-100% I think it was a good choice to keep him out. Fully rested and fresh, unlike everyone else out there. If you were the pens youd be s***ting your pants at the thought of a 100% rested pretty healthy dats being injected into a lineup that is tough to play already.

Even if its 4.5, is he worth the amount of guys we have to ditch to make room? I dont think so. Remember this team has a ton of talent ready to come up and we will need to sign some of them within the next few years.

You dont win many games with a .33% penalty kill (what we had last night. You think its appropriate for a pens fan to lecture us on fair refereeing? I hope your kidding. This could be an epic run to the cup for us. Look at all we have balltled through this play offs. However, sometimes things out of your control get in the way of reaching your goal. This is the time where the Wings can come out, grit there teeth and make their mark. They can strap on the armor and go to ballle. Or, There may be just too much to overcome. One thing is for sure, I have confidence in my guys that they will come out, face adversity and walk out with cup number 12. Overcoming all of the s*** that stands in your way, thats the marik of a Champion. Get it done boys!

I think Hossa is the wrong fit for the team. For the amount of money he makes, he simply doesnt add much to the team. Pretty simple really. Now if he came to the playoffs and scored 10 or 11 goals and played lights out, it may be different. The fact of the matter, we won the cup without him last year. We can win it this year even though he didnt add much. Why spend the money? Lets grab a few Dallas drake type players.
